At SOLESMITH, we want your order to arrive quickly, reliably, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Delivery Timeframes
We deliver worldwide, with most orders arriving within 5–7 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carrier conditions, and customs processing for international orders. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 AUD. For orders under $80 AUD, a flat rate of $9.72 AUD applies at checkout regardless of order size or destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's tracking portal. If you haven't received a tracking notification within 2 business days of your order, please check your spam folder before getting in touch.
Our Fulfilment Network
SOLESMITH operates fulfilment warehouses in multiple locations around the world. Your order will be dispatched from whichever warehouse holds available stock and can deliver to your address most efficiently. This allows us to keep delivery times fast and shipping costs low without any compromise to the product you receive. The origin of your shipment may vary between orders.
International Orders & Customs
For deliveries outside of Australia, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's border authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing an order if you have any concerns.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. SOLESMITH is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.
