Solesmith is an Australian-based golf club personalisation brand. References to "SOLESMITH," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these terms refer to the SOLESMITH business and its operators. It is a brand traded under the entity CDS BRANDS PTY LTD

3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free. Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the physical product due to monitor settings and photographic conditions.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Solesmith website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Solesmith does not store your payment card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds process is governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in these terms.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
8. DIY Products — Limitation of Liability
Solesmith sells stamping kits, paint infill products, and related accessories intended for use on golf clubs. By purchasing and using these products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Stamping and paint infill are permanent modifications to your golf equipment.
- Results will vary depending on the user's technique, the type of club, and the condition of the club's surface.
- Solesmith provides guidance materials as a courtesy. Following this guidance does not guarantee any particular outcome.
- Solesmith is not responsible for any damage to your golf clubs, equipment, or property resulting from the use of our products.
- Any modification you make to your clubs using our products is carried out at your own risk.
We strongly recommend practising on an old or spare club before working on any club of significant value.

All content on the Solesmith website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Solesmith and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
